cedars: I'm assuming you're referring to safety concerns. IMO, the security in Spain would be heightened due to recent events, so you should be safer than before. But I can understand your concern because I'll be going to Spain soon too. Just be cautious like you would in your everyday life. Have a great trip!

There is nothing an individual can do to avoid terrorism, short of not stepping outside. Terrorist attacks, by their very nature are directed not at an individual, but at as many people as possible.
As I have said before, don't give into terrorism, carry on with you life as per normal, if you have to change it, then they are winning, don't let this happen.
