11- Who is the only 'real Belgian'?>

The King! In this somewhat culturally divided country - I heard that once anyway from a Belgian.

Keep forgetting the sprouts. I don't like them. A shame.

Try eating the sprouts raw. Or sauteed.

Last answer was the sub machine gun (mitraillette).
Pain français (baguette) sauce tartare frites et brochette ou fricandelle.
All very light. No problems for your cholesterol.

For sport nobody mentioned Justine Henin (was invited by her tonight she is very active with her foundation justine for kids) and Kim Clijsters.

Better than sprouts in fat imo is a salade liégeoise. Haricots verts (beans) onions speck and potatoes. Then salt pepper and ... vinegar.

Good one for the ´ chicons ´
Called witfloof in Flemish (white leaves).

Tintin' s father was known as Hergé for R G. Georges Rémy.
I'll have to check Franck Cesar. Ludwig Von ? Really ?

I thought Audrey Hepburn was Dutch. She grew up in The Netherlands during WWII.

Her mother was Dutch, she herself was born in Ixelles, now part of Brussels.
