Question about documenting ownership to enter Turkey with a cell phone

Thank you, Born2Fly, for your response. I do feel better about the situation. Who is your cell phone service through? I will not need to make local calls in Turkey (I don't think) but MAY want to call home to the states. Do you have any advice? I have Cingular/AT&T.
