Question about car rental at CDG

Question about car rental at CDG
We will be arriving at CDG terminal 2E via Delta Airlines. I assume that we will be processed through immigration in the same terminal (please correct me if this assumption is wrong).
I have a car reservation with Hertz, but it's not clear to me (or to Hertz here in the U.S., apparently) exactly where we can find the Hertz counter in this terminal. Can anyone provide specific directions to the Hertz counter?

Do you think you will be fine to drive after an overnight flight from the US? No jetlag? I flew in
last week and didn't sleep a wink on my flight as hard as I tried. And I had a great seat! I scheduled a couple of nights in Paris to get over jetlag, see the Van Gogh exhibit and have dinner with a friend before renting a car to drive out of the city.
