G001-ET02 This is the error message I keep getting. I tried 4 different credit cards...I tried calling several numbers but none seem to go through from the US...Can anyone help...The ticket prices on line are a significant savings but only if you can figure out how to buy them...

Any any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Maybe the dates of your travel are not posted on the website yet?
and read through this.

I book the tickets with no problem (my CC was issued in Canada)
in the process of booking I got a note from my bank
asking a security question, I answered and the booking went through.
Now, I cannot print the tickets...I posted here asking for help.
It seems Renfe has some more glitches to fix.

I thought you could not purchase tickets in Renfe more than 60 days out.

OK, Here it is;
1. That number does not seem to work from my house?
2. I got my tickets! It seems that the web discount price was a ghost, it appeared on their website but was not actually there. After logging in and out for hours, the discount disappeared..thats why I received error message. I clicked the star rate (not sure if I was allowed to) and zip, got tickets right away...You do have to go through 2 ccard varifications however, not sure I needed to call my ccard co. since they do the varification electronically any way but I did...so thanks to eveyone for your time!! see ya in Sevilla!
