Purchase an air-one ticket once we arrive or buy through europebyair.com?

I am coming to the conclusion (tell me if I am wrong) that I can't purchase an airone ticket from the US. Does anyone have experience purchasing a ticket once you land in Italy? I would purchase it the day we arrive in Rome, a Friday, for a Wednesday flight to Lamezia. Or should I just book through europebyair? It seems airone has a limited amount of $70 one-way tickets for this route, but I'm wondering if that rate would be booked up anyway on such short notice. Thanks!

I understand europebyair would possibly book me on airone, but they charge $99. If I got to Rome and could purchase for $70 I would save $60 between the 2 of us. OK- I am a jerk I just saw that I can purchase on the airone website and have them delivered to me!!!!!

I believe you are wrong.
Try their call center : (011-39) 06 48 88 00 66.
You should be allowed to buy your ticket and collect it at the airport counter once in Fiumicino .

I bought an Air One ticket from Expedia and it was cheaper than the price Europe by Air was quoting. It was listed as a Lufthansa flight on Air One.
