Puglia - Looking for Pasta Cooking Class
My husband and I will be in Puglia the last 2 weeks in October. We would like very much to take a pasta cooking class - especially, if possible, to learn to make orecchiette. Looking at our schedule, it appears this would best fit in when we are in either Borgobianco, Ostuni or Lecce. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

As someone who was trying to locate a food and wine walking tour of Lecce, I can say I found more "cooking class" options than I did of walking tours. I do not think you will have trouble finding what you are looking for.
Check out the standard re-sellers Viator and Get Your Guide for options. Usually they list the actual operator of what the tour/experience is and perhaps book through the operator directly (they get the profits without having to pay the reseller a commission). You can plug in your specific town or city into those sites if one town works better for your itinerary.

A number of years ago my wife and I spent a week at Awaiting Table cooking school in Lecce. It was extremely enjoyable. I'm not certain how things may have changed over the years, but it is worth taking a look at for a pasta class.
