Hi! I'm writing a paper (in French, I might add!) about Provence. A couple of things I would like to include are the best places to visit, touring wise, and what some of the best food is. (I'm assuming sea food.....) I'd like to include first-person accounts of what Provence is really like. Thanks so much!

We have great food - Aioli, tapenade, crips salads with olive oil and freshly crushed garlic, bouillabaisse, oysters on the half shell, warm goat cheese salads, socca bread, grilled lamb, ..... <BR> <BR>PB <BR>in Provence <BR>
