Well, if you're in a hotel, most reception desks will print from your dongle. If you're in a flat, or have an unhelpful receptionist, take the dongle to whatever internet cafe you regularly pass.
If that fails (though there are hundreds of internet cafes all over the place), try any newsagent with stickers about printing services in the window, the nearest public library or your next door neighbour

To add to flanneruk's suggestions, in every business area and most high streets, there are instant print shop (e.g. prontaprint, kwikprint) that can readily print from your USB pendrive or just hand over your laptop and they can probably download files to their PC to be printed out. Also most office suppliers and stationers, such as Rymans and WH Smith, can probably handle your request. But I think a printshop is the best, as they have all the equipment needed and staff are IT-savvy.

Thanks for the suggestions. We are in the middle of our journey and making arrangements as we go along so there was no way to print out everything before we left. We will be in London tomorrow and I will see what I can find.
Thanks.
Thanks.
