Prem's tickets in Dijon

I will be staying in Semur-en-Auxois and have to return my rental car early in the morning on a Friday in July. I saw that SNCF is offering Prem's tickets on the TGV from Dijon to Paris for 25 euros.

Is this a good price? Or is that the everyday price and I can get the same by walking up to the window that day? I saw that Prem's tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Does that mean if I miss my train I'm out of luck?

Thanks!

Yes, that's the best price available.

Yes, if you have a Prem ticket and you miss your train, it's not refundable.

Thanks to you all! Ira and StCirq, you guys have answered almost every question I've posted. I'll go ahead and book these tickets.

Cocofromdijon, thanks for your kind emails. We are going to drive from BVA down to Burgundy. There are a couple places I'd like to stop by on the way down, so we'll suffer the long drive.

Hi Steve (and not SteEve! ) if you leave your car early in the morning in Dijon why don't you spend some time walking around? there are trains for Paris at 12.12, 14.08 and 16.11 (ex on the 8th with prem's tariff)
I will have american guests from Philadelphia from 16th to 24th july, I don't know what friday you'll be there but if I'm free, it would be a pleasure to meet you and show you my town (friday is market day..) feel free to email me!
have a look to my useful links page on myhomeindijon.com I've put a link to the special free bus "diviaciti", if you don't want to walk.
have a nice day!
coco
