Prague, Budapest & Vienna in 2020 - Questions
I plan to go to Prague, Budapest, and Vienna in 2020. Interested in knowing best time of year to go? Highly recommended Private Tour Guide in each city? as well as recommendations for wonderful Boutique hotels in each city? Thank you so much!

Weatherwise spring and autumn are the best times(April-May and September-October). If you want to avoid the crowds go in January-February.
