Instead of traveller's cheque or changing Euro to Czk Koruny, I am thinking of withdrawing money from the ATMs.

Hearsay ATMs is widely available.
Can someone tell me is the instruction for
money withdrawal in English.

You could find ATM machines everywhere, the screen shows several choices of languages, including English.

One more question, may I know is there
any limit on the amount I can withdraw
per transaction from the atm for prague.

There may be a limit specific to the ATM you use, but provided your bank's overall daily withdrawal limit is higher, you can make multiple withdrawals up to that limit - you sometimes have to use another ATM (with another bank, say) to top up.
