Posting URLs in such a way that Fodor's script turns them into links that work when you click on them

In another thread, a member posted this URL:

http://www.parisinfo.com/guide_paris...d_article=6430

As you can see from where the highlighting/underlining stops, the ampersand baffled the forum script, rendering the link useless. Replacing the ampersand with its equivalent "URL-encoding" sequence (%26) results in this:

http://www.parisinfo.com/guide_paris...d_article=6430

Again the scan is stopped prematurely, this time by the equals sign. Replacing this with its encoded character string (%3d) renders the link fully functional:

http://www.parisinfo.com/guide_paris...article%3d6430

So if your link doesn't work in preview, see if you can fix it by referring to this page: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.asp

I don't understand the problem. Whether I click on the first parisinfo URL or the third one on this thread, I get to the same web page.

No - the first one says "Free every day, all year round" and the third one says "The museum and monument pass"
