Posting Ofoto links

I'm really stumped here. I've been trying to post the links to the slide shows, but can't figure out how to do it. When I try to paste the URL, it only creates an active link for part of the address and doesn't link to the album.

What's the deal here? Anyone able to explain it to my poor digitally-challenged brain?

Thanks,
Paule

I've encountered loads of problems using Ofoto and no longer bother with it. There are loads of other products that do the same thing and much better. Far and away the best are the Nero programmes.

Share and send the photos to your own email address, open the email and click on view then copy and use that url when posting. If it is really long, go to http://www.tinyurl.com and reduce it.

Jody,
Thanks, the TinyUrl website is the answer. I must've been napping when the rest of Fodors figured it out.

The way I do it is to send myself an invitation to share the album. Then when you open that email you will see a comment that says something like, if the link above does not work, cut and past this URL" then it gives you the direct URL to your album. That's the URL that I then post on this website. It works everytime.
