Porto train advice

When traveling by train from Porto to Coimbra, I read somewhere to take the local train from Porto Campanha station to Coimbra A (city) station...true??

To train from Porto To Pinhao for a day trip to Douro, which Porto train station is best to get this train?

And for day trip to Guimares, which Porto station is best to catch this train?

Many thanks!!

www.bahn.de/en - German Rail site is easy to use for any schedules and stations - Coimbra B has direct IC trains from Porto - regional trains to Coimbra take much longer - if I recall correctly Coimbra B is a good station with a lift to the old town from it (hazy recall as was years ago).
