Polish Train Tunnel Too Small for Trains
A new train tunnel in Warsaw was nearly completion when after they put the tracks in it proved too short for trains to run thru
Without tracks it would have been perfect
Not long ago a truck detour tunnel in Warsaw had the same fate - many trucks could not fit thru as planned
And a third Warsaw civil engineering embarassment - two ends of a freeway that would not actually meet as planned.

Hey PQ,
It is not nice to make Polish jokes.
OTOH, you might recall that the Hubble Telescope had to be fixed (at no small cost) because one contractor was working in metric and another in English units.

Eh?
How could a tunnel be too short for trains to run through?
If it's that short, it's a bridge, but you can still run through it.
