Pretty much. We flew WoW from Miami to Amsterdam in June and came back from Gatwick to Orlando on Norwegian. We just bought seats, no food, no baggage , no nothing. Wife and daughter up front in an A330 had great seats. Mine was OK . I give a slight nod to Norwegian as they fly point-to-point and have new Dreamliners, but would fly Wow again.
