pick a luxury item, what's yours?

If you could bring home any luxury item home from your next trip and money was not an issue, what would it be?
Mine would be a Venetian Fortuny lamp, they are amazing. Dream on folks....

Hi Liz:

My luxury item would be the blue marble bathroom at the the Vendome Hotel in Paris. It is truly magnificent!

The painting Primavera, painted in the 1400's by Botticelli. It is a delightful masterpiece in the Uffizi.
Actually, anything by Raphael, Lippi, L. da Vinci, or my favorite, Michelangelo, would do.
Fun thread

Brasserie Balzar, complete with entire kitchen staff, all wait staff, and their food-sourcing system. I'd be broke, fat and happy.

I'd like Sean Connery IN the bathtub in Marilyn's blue marble bathroom [*without* Marilyn - I'm not *that* kinky]

You eat gelato from a cone in order to have your tongue hanging out for a reason - drooling, licking the gelato - who's to know?
