AnnMarie,
What great pictures! Makes me want to go back to Rome, I was only there for a couple of days and I definitely barely scratched the surface of what there is to see and do there.
Thanks for the great pictures.

Thanks, everyone! I'm so glad you enjoyed the photos.
gracie04, we loved the del Senato. The only thing I would think twice about next time (please, let there be a next time!) is requesting a room facing the piazza because it is noisy at night, even through insulated windows we could here revelers below throughout the night and there were some nights we would have liked to sleep with the windows open but couldn't because of the noise. Otherwise, the location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, comfort, etc. were excellent. We would stay there again.
samsmom, I have the Kodak EasyShare V550. It also takes video and I have a gorgeous video of a choir singing one night at the Pantheon and wanted to upload it yesterday for others to view but upload time to tinypic was 35 minutes that I didn't have so I'll try again later.

Hi AnnMarie,
Thank you for the wonderful report and beautiful pictures. It makes me want to go back to Italy. My daughter and I also stayed at Del Senato in April 2004 and loved it. We had heavy rain for a couple of days. How were the temperatures in December? Gladys
