Photos from 1967 Yugoslavia

These were taken in 1967, and while only from Croatia, I am hoping to find the other negatives from other parts of 1967 Yugoslavia.

Never found the other negatives that covered Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro.

I went to Yugoslavia with my parents in 1962 and we drove there from the UK in a Rover 75. My Dad remembers going down a country road and hearing a very loud noise only to find that we were being followed by a tank which stopped us for travelling off the main road!
My abiding memory is that I learned to swim there-I was six.
The next year my Mum sent for a brochure on Yugoslavia and found a picture of the three of us (albeit tiny) walking across a town square. We still have it.

I visited Yugoslavia when it was one country and several times after the break up.
I was sorry to see the violent end to what seemed a country with a lot of potential.

Fascinating photos! Thank you for posting. I was in Dubrovnik and Split in 06 and had a great time. It was interesting seeing the differences between pre-war and post-war Dubrovnik.
