1. A long, leisurely dinner al fresco outside a small neighborhood restaurant. Just eating, drinking, chatting watching the night activities around us.
2. Walking through the forums imagining.
3. Strolling thru Villa Borghese.

I love love love Roman fried artichokes. I have had good ones at Gigetto, Piperno and near the Spanish Steps, Otello.
None of these places are my favorite restaurants in Rome, and I'm looking for others that do the Carciofi Giudia. Do you have a recommendation?
