Patricia Well's new cookbook
"Cooking in Provence." Not only are the recipes fairly simple but she gives wonderful quotes and where to shop for pottery, olive oil, and where to eat. I'm predudice as I met her twice, I'm a big fan, and her choices of where to eat and her favorite olive oil are mine.

Scarlett the Bistro cookbook is an earlier book that came out in '89.
I like her " At home in Provence"
and "The Paris Cookbook."
"I rely on the kindness of strangers."Not here , Blanche!
