A friend who took her daughter to Paris purchased the Fodors book Around Paris with Kids, which lists a bunch of activities to do with your kids. My friend gave the book to her daughter to pick her own top 10 list. It was a good way to get the girl involved in the trip. Maybe the book will help you out also.

Here goes - in no particular order and it's also a bit animal-heavy:
Quai de la Megisserie pet stores;
Marche aux Oiseaux (weekends behind Notre Dame);
Jardin des Plantes / Zoo (we went three times in 10 days...);
Parc de la Villette and Science museum;
Bring leftover baguette in a plastic bag as you walk around the city to feed birds;
Public parks and sandboxes are all over the place - fun way to interact with local kids;
The Ferris Wheel and arcades in the Jardin des Tuileries, if you can stand it - our daughter will never forget the cotton candy there that was almost as big as she was!;
Parc des Buttes Chaumont (maybe);
Bateaux Mouches (maybe);
That's 9...bonne chance!-msm4
