Hopefully someone who knows more about this than I do will post, but I'll get it started. The only operating vineyard that I am aware of in Paris is the Montmartre Vineyard. Here is a link that may help you:

That is the only one I've heard of right in the heart of Paris, I've heard of others. I can't imagine a wedding reception there, it's just some vines on the corner of a couple streets intersecting. It's not even that large. There isn't much clear space there. This is their actual website (Clos de Montmartre) so it should have contact info:

I have read they will rent it out for small receptions (I think they have some small flat area near the top) or cocktail parties for up to about 50 people. It's not like those big estates of vineyards in Napa Valley or anything.
It could be Clos de Morillons in the 15th arr.
