Paris time is two hours ahead of UTC in summer, one hour ahead of UTC in winter. Almost all of Europe went to DST early this last Sunday morning (last Sunday in March). As I write this, it's 2:52 AM in Paris, so look at the time stamp on the message to see the difference between Paris time and your time (if you have your profile set to display in your local time).
