Paris Metro Carte Orange
I've been ineffectually spinning my wheels on the Web trying to find the current price of the RATP's Carte Orange weekly pass.

Anybody know the price? Or where I might find this info on the Web?

Merci bien!
In October, Ralph, the carte hebdomadaire was 80 FF for Zones 1 & 2. I think it can be bought only on Mondays and runs from Monday morning to Sunday night. For me, it is a great buy even if I use it for only three days. The receptionist at my hotel will buy it for me on Monday if I am not there. Take a small picture of your head with you or use the photo machines in the metros. The pass can be purchased at most metro stops and in tabacs. You can use the pass over and over again by renewing the little metro carte.

The previous poster is absolutely right. Only two details : the "coupon hebdomadaire" (the little ticket that allows you to travel for one week) can be bought from the previous Friday on until the next Tuesday. And you can purchase it from any metro station. One tip : avoid the last and the first day of the month, since all Parisians are standing in line to buy their monthly Carte Orange.

Try this website: http://www.ratp.fr/Transpor/transpor.htm

It's in French, but the english version doesn't list prices for the carte orange. The id you get is the same for the weekly and monthly ticket, both carte orange. You can buy it until Wednesday though, and the monthly one can be bought any day of the month (even the last day, if you want to waste money). Also, know which zones you'll need it for. Orly is in Zone 4, and Charles de Gaulle is in Zone 5.
