As for Reims, the champagne houses are fascinating and it is a good destination for Christmas in itself. Here is my brief photo report of a trip there during the holiday season: http://anyportinastorm.proboards.com...tes-reims-rain

What is totally laughable and tragic is that I only spent about an hour there when it clearly deserved much more time that day. (But let me reassure you, I have been there lots of times in the past, so I know that anybody who hasn't been there before should absolutely visit.)

Pere Lachaise and Montparnasse are better than a museum to me. The graves are works of art. Most tell a story and it is historical and very interesting to us. Shakespeare and company is a fav stop of ours, nice cafe next door and I love Champagne. We all have different likes and interest. Just enjoy.
