Paris hotel requirements

We're heading to Paris 13-18 Sep and are having difficulty finding a good hotel. The usuals - Hotel St Severin and Hotel St Jacques are booked for those dates. Requirements: at least 2 stars, 100-140 Euro per night, clean, bathroom in room, safe street, and in the 5th arr./Latin Quarter area. Or, if there is another area that is very close to major sights, that will work. Any recommendations similar to the 2 hotels mentioned?

We just booked a room at Hotel du College de France in the Latin Quarter. Haven't been there before, so can't say if it's what you want, but price and location look good for you. It got good reviews on Trip Advisor.

Hotel rooms may be hard to come by. The Rugby World Cup begins September 7, and England are playing South Africa in Paris on the 14th, and Italy are playing Portugal on the 19th.
