No but it's in "Cheap Sleeps in Paris"
(sorry if that's where you got it from)
It's very near the St Sebastien Froissart metro stop which is not my first choice for a convenient location, but a short walk will bring you to the heart of the Marais, a charming neighborhood, near
Picasso Museum, Place des Vosges, other
attractions.
I guess you already know that this is an apartment-hotel.
There are some comments from past guests at this travelocity url
http://dest.travelocity.com/Vacations/
Reviews/Property/Read/
0,2585,TRAVELOCITY_441_V_,00.html

I've never been there but people who have said:
In terms of cleanliness, it was okay.
The rooms vary greatly - check them out
The courtyard creates noise
hotel was quite adequate
room was nice, modern, clean
very acceptable
Nothing real fancy
comfortable
a really nice breakfast buffet included.
nice having a kitchenette in our room.
our room was very nice.
Nice bathroom and kitchenette.
few of staff spoke English.
small room
had problems - no electricity, broken phones, no hot water
I know I've seen a few posts on here from people who have and as I recall they all liked it okay. The search tool has not been working very well lately in my experience, but I think it works better on old posts than new ones, so good luck. These are like a modern hotel with kitchenettes/suites. I would not stay there unless you have some particular need for those facilities, like kids.

We have stayed at the Home Plazza Bastille six times over the past four years. They often offer a rate of $90 or less without breakfast.

The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and is very secure and safe. To enter the hotel, you must go through the lobby and past the reception and then out to a courtyard. The rooms are in five or six three or four story builings along the courtyard. The staff is very nice and they all speak English, including the maintenance people.

If you are travelling from CDG Airport, take the Roissybus to Opera and then take the metro to the St. Sebastian-Froissart station (no changes). The metro station is being renovated. The hotel is less than two blocks from the metro. The main street has atms, bakeries, groceries, and restaurants. You are very near the Place de Voges, the Picasso Museum, the Victor Hugo Museum, Carnavalet, and the Opera Bastille.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The hotel rooms all have a refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, and dishes. The bathrooms are large and have a big tub. The rooms are about average for Paris hotels regarding size.

If you have children or are on a special diet, the kitchen facilities are extremely useful.

We last stayed at this hotel four weeks ago. We checked out at 7:00 AM on Monday morning and were at the American Airlines check-in by 8:15 AM by taking the metro and Roissybus.

If I can stay at this hotel for under $90 a night, I do but I would not pay more than $100.

Please let me know if you need more specific information. The Home Plazza Bastille has a web site that offers discounted rates. Expedia also offers reasonable rates and Hotel Reservations Network does too (their rates usually include breakfast).

Have a great trip.
