Paris Flooding?

I have posted updates on this subject under two threads - - on that has "strike" and "flooding" in the header; the other is caled "rain, rain, rain", I think.

Relatively speaking, the floding is not bad, that is not catastrophic. Few, if any people displaced from their homes; homes genuinely lost amost zero, I think. Some sizable segments of communities without drinking water for days on end, I think. The reports are less frequent and less dramatic since Friday.

Still some traffic tie-ups, and possibly depressing to tourists whose first (or only ever) trip to Paris may seem marred. The strike by workers at the Louvre - - March 23-28 may have a greater impact on such visitors.

Best wishes,

Rex
