As I recall, and I may be incorrect, I think you can get into the Paris version of "Disney Village" without buying a ticket to the park itself.

Hopefully someone else can comment on this possibility.

On Friday I was on a bus that passed a Disney Store. I just googled, and it’s at 44, av Champs Elysées.

Yes, the main Disney store in Paris is the one on the Champs Elysées.

Stores will be open on Saturday. The big department stores will be closed on Sunday.

What to do in Paris over the weekend? Museums. Parks. Monuments. Climb the Eiffel Tower. Sit in a cafe in the Latin Quarter watching people walk by. Get your picture drawn in the Place du Tertre in Montmartre. Have dinner at a great restaurant. Stuff like that!

Yes, DLP has its version of "Downtown Disney" with shops and restaurants outside of the two parks.

Note, however, that the stores sell very few products that have "Disneyland Paris" written on them. Apparently, Europeans don't buy much of that kind of stuff.

Interesting..wonder what the likelihood of getting something with "Disneyland Paris" on it in the downtown Paris store is.
