I suppose that’s how long it takes to install the lights on the mile-long (over a mile?) stretch of Champs Elysées. We enjoyed our 6-day stay in Paris very much. The lights, department store window displays, and the edifices all decked out really us got into the Christmas/holiday mood, even In the pouring rain. Hotel de Villa was amazing!

Here is a video that I made today -- 25 December 2021 -- showing how Paris looks right now. And you can actually see two little elements of the BHV/Mariais Christmas windows in the video. They were all quite nice, and I am kind of sorry that I did not make a report about thel.
