Paris connection

Hi,

We have a 1 hr layover in Paris-CDG (Air France from Boston arriving at 6:20am, leaving for Lisbon at 7:20am). Do you think we can make it? Any tips? Has anyone actually flown this connection recently? I think we're arriving in terminal 2D and leaving out of 2E (or the other way around).

Thanks!

It's the other way around. Very tight, but possible. If not, AF will put on your next flight to LIS.

Hi E,

That is very tight, although some folks have reported making 0:40 hr connections.

I suggest that you prepare yourself to not make the connection. Then, you will be pleased if you do.

As noted, they will put you on the next flight.

If you are changing terminals that is very tight. I would not accept such a tight change of flights as they are routinely late arriving and deplaning, etc is very time consuming. Have you worked out what happens if you miss the flight?

I don't think you'll make it. I flew in from Boston this past Saturday morning and deplaning, getting on the bus that took us to the terminals and then getting off that and standing in the passport control line took over 2 hours. I would save myself the worry and just ask for a later flight to Lisbon.
