Paris: Beateau Mouche Sinks!
Having taken the fabled Bateaux Mouches many times i never dreamed one could or really would sink in the Seine and if so no one would be killed - but i believe such a thing just happened in Paris - at a place i think near Notre Dame where currents are called often difficult to boat captains. Not sure of details.

We were there that night. Had just had dinner at L'Ilot Vache on St. Louis en I'lle. We came around the corner for a walk along the Seine.
The big boats were parked, and little boats were racing around the river. The bridges were blocked and police vehicles and barricades were everywhere.
We were not able to get accurate details on the accident at the time.
Since then we were still wondering what happened. Your article has given us some answers. Any more info would be appreciated.
