Paris 6 days with 3 year old - hotel or apartment?
Hi - We have 6 days in Paris in mid-may with our son who will just have turned 3 years old. We usually do apartments/villas/b&b's with him while traveling in Europe. Should we even consider a hotel - and if so, why?

Consider a hotel? Yes.
Why? Because almost all apartment rentals in Paris are illegal and a task force, established by the mayor, has begun to shut down properties rented illegally.
Could the new laws affect you? Possibly but there are thousands of apartments available for rent and the task force only has 20 people.

I've never been in an appt unless it belonged to a hotel.
I
- am scary that I'm ripped off
- refuse any cash transaction
- need an invoice in order : I pay my taxes, I appreciate others doing the same.
Bottom line : I didn't find many appts that qualified..
Please mention that you have a baby if you book a hotel - they will most probably provide a child's bed if you don't have one with you.
Enjoy Paris.
