Given the strikes in the UK you may want to reconsider your travel dates.
Have you looked at flights? Iberia flies from Pamplona. Or get the bus/train. But book soon.

Thanks for the advice. Perhaps Iberia flies to Pamplona, but it doesn't go to London; it's little more than a regional airport. I would normally travel from Bilbao, Biarritz or Zaragoza. Point taken about the strikes; they're are putting me off big-time. Bus takes forever because it stops too frequently and is relatively expensive. Train means changing in Paris and is expensive unless you know exactly when you want to go 4 months in advance.

Iberia has flights with one stop available from Pamplona to London Heathrow on December 23 but none available the day before.
