We rarely go for paella to a restaurant, but we do go for other rices like "el senyoret" and arroz A'banda, etc.

We like L'Estimat along the beach front in Valencia /( make a reservation). But I have never had the Valencia paella there but I don't doubt they make a good one.

You may also be lucky ii the least suspecting place on a menu of the day in the old quarter but not usually anywhere in a main plaza where there are a lot of tourists. I don't know any really good rice places there .
