Overnight Accomodations at/near CDG

I have an early Monday morning flight out of CDG. Looking for suggestions on nearby places to stay on Sunday night, preferably one with service or easy access to the airport. I believe that there is a hotel at the airport but it is on the pricey side. Don't need much for just an overnightfor my son and I. Hopefully I'll catch a few winks on the flight home. Appreciate your input.

The Hilton is a shuttle ride away, and is nice for an airport hotel.

We also had an early morning flight on our return in Early November and stayed at the Ibiss Hotel which is accross from the Hilton. The shuttle is right outside the door and the rates more reasonable than the Hilton.

There is an Ibis and a Novotel near CDG, one is right on top of the airport but I can't remember which one. We've stayed at a lot of Ibis hotels, they are usually very basic hotels (2 stars), but are comfortable and clean. I think Novotel's are a little nicer, but always more expensive than Ibis. Both are part of the Accor hotel chain which can be accessed at www.accorhotel.com, then do a search for Roissy. You can also book on Travelocity, I think the price will be the same.

I stayed at the Sheraton and paid more for a hotel room than I've ever done in my life; Hilton wasn't much cheaper. There was a BestWestern supposedly somewhere near the airport, but no one answered at the phone number listed. According to the yellow pages, there are quite a few hotels near the airport. go to http://www.pageszoom.com/pj.cgi? <BR>in activity, type hotel in localite, type roissy-en-france. you'll get a yellow pages list of hotels in the area, with phone #s and sometimes web pages links.
