The only point I didn't understand in your report was the following:
"We saw many groups of kids from schools, and all female teachers were dressed as muslims, may be just coincidence or a new regulation?"
Turkey is a secular (laïk) european country. Teachers are not allowed to wear any dress which resembles to any religion (islam or christian). So the usual attire is a skirt and a shirt.
see the picture of a school trip to anitkabir below for reference, showing the teacher and how students look:

Agunes:
I wrote just what we saw,all female teachers wear the scarve that covers her hair and part of the forehead.I know that turkey is a laic(sp?) country,as is also my country(Uruguay); but may be there is some kind of pressure towards teachers, or may be just serendipity.Anyway nothing that made us change our thinking of this being a beautyful country, full of nice people.

It might be student groups from other countries. There is no way a teacher could cover her head in Turkey. The constitution forbids such things and "pressure" cannot be performed unofficially. It is very sensitive topic that no one would dare to pressure on

As you might see, even a teacher who wears headscarf outside the school area might still be penalized.
