Check on Delphi and AboutCom forums. I don't KNOW of any discussion forum on Russia, but they may have some.

www.LonelyPlanet.com has the Thorn Tree which extensively discusses Russia, although most often from a budget/student travelers' perspective. AOL's Travel&gt;Russia board has some good questions at times. <BR><BR>Also, www.virtualtourist.com is interesting--not great "discussions", but many pages that users create about their travels--dozens are related to Russia (and many of those are outside of the Moscow-St Petersburg corridor).
