Wow - I have never been an after dinner drink persob but I will be trying this when I get to Italy next month.

At the risk of sounding totally dumb - what is the correct pronunciation?

Lemon-chello (like the instrument?)
Lymon-chello?

Help!

Thanks

<I'm making some tonight with some meyer lemons as well--new (created) recipe.>

Is this limoncello that you are making tonight? If it is, do you have a recipe that you are willing to share?

VS :-"

For those who love limoncello, check the website of this brand from Sorrento: villamassa.com, you can get recipes and also videos of lemons, Sorrento and more.
There's also other good brands, so I don't mean to advertise this brand particularly.
The most important thing is the kind of lemon used in making limoncello, and the best is in Sorrento, Capri and Amalfi coast, and it's called "sfusato". This type of lemon is protected with the IGT certification (Indicazione Geografica Protetta), which means that it's certified to be originally from the Amalfi coast area. This means that you can plant it somewhere else, but its natural, distinctive and best place to grow is the Amalfi coast.

No, I am combining the meyer lemons with the limoncello for the pasta dish; I haven't yet attempted to make limoncello, but I know there are recipes on line --
