where should I go and what island is a good day trip

Dear friend,<BR><BR>Very generic question! <BR>Please write some more details about the place you would like to visit and about your inetrests. <BR><BR>Greece has actually Hundreds of Islands, varying from extremely Cosmopolitan ( f.e. stars like Nicholas Gage, Maddona, Bruce Sprinsteen, Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise and others visited the Greek Islands in the summer of 2000 !) till inhabitated isolated ones!<BR><BR>Thanks,<BR><BR>Georgio<BR>

Well, you could read my long journal from my recent trip to Greece. We went to Santorini, Naxos, Paros, then Athens. It was a 2 week vacation, but this can give you some ideas.<BR><BR>http://greece2001mjp.homestead.com/greece2001.html

I spent a week in Greece 3 years ago. My base was Athens. IMO 2 days in Athens is enough to see the major sights and visit the archaeological museum. You could do a 1 or 2 day trip to Delphi. I did a 1 day. I also took a 1 day cruise and visited 3 islands. I found that very interesting. You could go to Olympus for 2 days. I enjoyed Rhodes the most, alot to do there.
