Ok then, what trip was difficult to organize?

The worst was the one I planned a year ago for 12 of us in the Veneto region of Italy. So difficult to figure distance times because so many of the roads in the area are not in good shape. Every day trip took twice as long to get to. Planning was difficult and being there was even more difficult!

fourfortravel, I would show them the closet market and let them prepare their own food. You can't be expected to prepare their vegan food. Veggies even have to be cooked separate if you are like myself and love butter. I would have salad greens for them.

Yeah, I'm vegetarian but agree planning for a vegan is not trivial. Salad greens is the answer, and they bring their own dressing.
On the other side of the coin, the easiest trip I ever organized was a recent one to the Alps. Booked with an excellent agency, plopped down my money, done. There's something to be said for that.
