OMG you're so lucky! Try the Ouzeria - see the signs by the public restrooms (I know!) on the main street. You also pass an Indian restaurant called Karma on the way - both restaurants are excellent, but we preferred the Ouzeria because it is more authentically Greek and the staff are nice.
Have a wonderful time in Oia!

We had some excellent inexpensive meals at the following restaurants in Oia this August.
Katina's - down at the Bay of Ammoudi (orange chairs closest to the concrete pier).
Thalami - on the main street with cliffside seating.
Skala - directly beneath Thalami.
All three were the most reasonable meals we had in Oia and were very good. We also ate at 1800 (nice view and good choice for our anniversary but have had better food for the same price back home), Kastro (good bruschetta but did not care for attitude of the servers or the main meal), and Sunset Taverna also at the Bay of Ammoudi (more expensive than Katina's but not as good!).
Enjoy Oia!! Be sure to have fresh grilled octopus and tomato keftedes!

I found a restaurant up on the fifth floor for dinner in Oia. Take your pictures before sunset. They turned out better than the ones during sunset. Thirty minutes before sunset were the best. Several restaurants have a view to die for.

All in Oia:
Laokasti by the big church where the road meets the pedestrian footpath. Anemomilos Restaurant further out than Laokasti near the "Oia Market." Neptune next to the village square. Kastro at the top of the steps that lead down to Amoudi. Near to the Post Office is Karma, a Thai/Indonesian/Indian Restaurant. Best Pizza: Pizza Edwin near the bus square.

If you can get there, try Mario's. It's near the airport. It is located directly on the beach and the food is simple and delicious. In our week in Santorini last summer, we went there 3 times. Very reasonable prices, except the fish is pricey, pricey. We always saw lots of locals eating there. In fact, it was recommended to us by a local.
