Oct. Italian villa rental
Want to rent a villa for selves and grown children in Tuscany to visit brother's grave in US cemetery south of Florence. Considering several rental companies: HomeBase Abroad looks good but requires payment by check. Does anyone have any feed back on this company? Thanks

Hi Pat,<BR> Have not used this company, but of the several others we have used for Italy, France, Portugal, England, they have all required payment by check or bank transfer, haven't used one yet that takes credit card (which is the alternative I assume you would prefer).

We had a good experience with Vacanze in Italia, at www.homeabroad.com. They have a catalog with lots of properties in the area south of Florence.
