Oban or Taychreggan?

En route back from Skye would you recommend spending the night in Oban or Taychreggan? The following morning we plan to depart to Glasgow.

We are leaving Skye and driving the road to the islaes. we are going to stay at Taychreggan hotel. On the way to Skye we are staying over at Airds hotel. Are we backtracking?

We depart Edinburgh and are staying at Airds Hotel for one night. The following day Skye via Bridge and that area. the next day depart Skye via Mallaig ferry and drive road to isles on to Taychreggan for the night. Then off to Glasgow for the end of our trip.

You cross over the route, but it's not really an issue. Drive down Loch Awe to Inverary and south to Glasgow from there.
