North Wales - must see castles?

Will only have two days in Wales, so must limit the castles to see. Which would you recommend? Lodging will depend on the location of the castles.

Beaumaris on the Island of Anglesey and Caernarfon just over the bridge on the mainland would be my must sees.Conway is fairly good too.Harlech is a little further afield is also very worthwhile

We especially enjoyed going through Pennrhyn. Built in the Victorian era by a man who made a huge fortune in the slate business, it has the feel that the owner just left the day before.

Were in Wales for 2 weeks last year, and boy, we saw em all! But second Tony's recommendation as those are the ones I remember most clearly. We also liked Raglan very much, but it's farther south near Tintern Abbey. Highly recommend staying at Ye Olde Bull's Head in Beaumaris--you can walk to the castle and the food is very good. Whatever you do, don't bother to think about Cardiff Castle--it's too commercial and not as interesting as those in North Wales. Our favorite town was Betws y Coed in Snodonia. Loved Wales and the Welsh--wish we were going too.
