Normandy Beaches Tour

We're visiting Paris in April and are looking for a good guided day-trip to the D-day beaches. Looking for advice or warnings on which company to use.

AAAACK!

Yet Another D-Day Beach Question!

No offense, stweaver00, but if you put normandy guided tour in the search box at the top of the page, you will get more information than you can absorb in a week.

We will be touring with this guide this summer. I have read good things about him.

Wren..those tours all seem so expensive..maybe it's me. Anyway they seem to imply that there is a group of 6 or 8 peole. Does that mean each pays the amount or it's split????...do I sound frugal?

They are expensive. You are right. But we thought we would get the most out of the area if we bit the bullet and did a tour. I know of many at Fodors who do self guided tours or choose their tour guide at the train station much cheaper and are perfectly happy.
