Night/evening markets around Sarlat

Good day Fodorites,

last question on the Dordogne, I hope!

I have read a lot about the night/evening markets (the ones where you buy your meal and sit down) in the Dordogne, but it seems like they are only done in July and August. Are there any of these markets still going on in the first half of September? Saint-Amand-de-Coly's seems like it is operational, but I can't really confirm.

Please also help me understand how it works, re seating, getting the food etc.
