It sounds like a nice trip, but I think you may have mis-typed one of the towns you want to visit from Perugia. Pienza?
Have you searched the bus and train timetables for your Perugia day trips? I'm not sure you could get to Bevagna on a Sunday unless you were willing to taxi between the Foligno train station and Bevagna. You might want to switch Bevagna with a town you could visit any day by train (Spello, Spoleto, Assisi).
